Your Discovery Session

Your first session is a 2-hour Discovery Session.

We’ll use this time to:

  • begin with grounding

  • review the coaching agreement and any questions

  • talk through your intake form

  • explore your goals, blockers, patterns, and what matters most right now

You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll work with whatever you bring.

You may choose:

Pay in full: $1,400 USD
Monthly: $350 USD per month for 4 months

Once you choose your payment option, I’ll send your Stripe invoice. After payment is processed, we’ll schedule your Discovery Session.
