✨ welcome! I’m Marisol! ✨
I help ambitious, heart-led women feel grounded, reconnected, and clear on what’s next in life and career.
I’m a proud Puerto Rican woman, Chicago native, and mama to two little girls.
Through coaching, facilitation, and reflective practices like meditation and tarot, I create space for women to pause, breathe, and come back to themselves — so they can reclaim their energy, honor their values, and step into what feels most alive.
🌿 This blog is where I share stories, insights, and tools to help you reclaim your energy, honor your values, and create a life that feels alive.

Why is being a mom so hard?
Being a Mom is HARD.
It’s the place where I struggle the most.
And sometimes it’s like I am watching myself from the outside telling my 6 year old daughter,
“Hurry up and get dressed!”
“Hurry up and put your shoes on!”
“Come on ! We don’t have all day!”
“Let’s go! Brush your teeth already!”
“Hurry up and learn xyz!”

the wonder of you
Are you living your most amazing life right now?
Is it everything that you ever could have wished for?
Or do you hit snooze and wait for the right opportunity to show up; to take the action that you’ve been yearning for?
why i choose to embrace failure…
“Why can’t I get this?! Why is this so difficult?! What’s wrong with me?”
Does this sound like something you do as well?
On some level – we all struggle with failure. It doesn’t feel great to mess up, to stumble, to fall, and then to have to get back up and try again.

what is this teaching me?
I saw a post online recently that said this: “Instead of asking yourself, ‘Why is this happening to me?’, ask yourself, ‘What is this teaching me?’”
So, for the past few weeks I’ve been asking myself this question.
When I’m angry or annoyed by a person or situation, I ask myself – what can I appreciate about this? And I have to say – what a difference this has made on me, and my own personal growth!
